This policy explains how Silaa Technologies FZE LLC ("Silaa", "we") handles personal data across its apps and websites, including Doctor Home, Wasalni and Zawdni. Each app may publish an additional app‑specific privacy notice inside the app or on its website; where it does, that notice also applies.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number and, optionally, email.
• Service data: the address or location needed to deliver a requested service, order details and payment status.
• For health services (Doctor Home): information you choose to share for a visit, and visit reports written by the treating professional. This data is visible only to you and to the staff assigned to your request.
• Technical data: device type, app version and error logs used to keep the service working.

How we use data

Only to provide and improve the requested service, verify accounts (for example with SMS codes), process orders and payments, keep users safe and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third‑party advertising.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service provider who fulfils your request and with infrastructure providers (hosting, SMS and maps) acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for the service and legal requirements. You can delete your account at any time from inside each app, or by emailing [email protected].

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and medical records are protected with verification codes.
